DM-FDS will be a senior staff with sound medical and administrative background enabling Manager OPS to implement patient safety, quality improvement and assurance projects and enhance patients' experience by delivering exemplary outpatient services.

DM-FDS would also be the quality representative and will directly monitor patient throughput at various sites. AM Outpatient and PCAs will directly report to him.
