Job Description
- Key Job Responsibilities :
- Safely provide immunization to infants, children and adults according to formal protocols and schedule
- Make sure the availability of adequate quantities of vaccines
- Maintain the cold chain for the vaccines
- He’ll be responsible for monitoring the quantity and expiry date of all vaccines
- Inform the Supervisor (PHI) to reorder the vaccine supplies at least 02 week in advance
- He’ll be responsible for correct use and care of all the electronic equipment(Android phone, laptop, tabs)/medical supplies used by the team of the program
- Administer the correct vaccines with correct dosage to children according to EPI protocols
- Follow strict infection control measure and ensure infection control measure been followed by the vaccination program team
- Maintain stock register of vaccines and ensure the daily register and permanent register of EPI program are been maintained properly
- Collect the program data on given templates
- Make phone calls to children’s parents/caregivers for follow-up visits
- Troubleshoot and support all areas of programmatic work as required
- Any other task requested by the supervisor (PHI)
