Bachelors with Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Perform all tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
- Manage Housekeeping operations
- Ensure proper utilization of cleaning materials.
- Record and maintain attendance of all staff.
- Arrange Housekeeping staff on an immediate basis when needed.
- Deliver activities report of the assigned shift to the Team Lead.
- Allocate appropriately tasks to all staff of the Housekeeping Department.
- Ensure timely requisitioning of materials required for Housekeeping.
- Ensure linen supply is properly maintained.
- Prepare monthly roster and schedule for Housekeeping staff.
- Recommend staff for appointment, hiring and promotion.
