• Experience, technical knowledge (Malaria) and skills of effective capacity building/training/coaching. • 6-8 years’ experience of working in/with the public health systems and at least 2 years of experience in planning, executing & conducting trainings (preferably related to Malaria)
Job Description
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Capacity Building / Training of PR, SRs, SSRs, etc., on technical components as per need.
- Review and refine the training manual for the standardization of training module (s).
- Develop the PR (principal recipient) training plan in line with the overall work plan.
- Ensure execution of all training and program activities as per the approved work plan & budget.
- Review and approve SRs training plan while coordinating and responding in a timely manner.
- Design and conduct need assessment, training sessions/workshops based on the plan, and prepare reports (analytical reports, training reports, etc.) as per need as well as grant and donor requirements.
- Compile, select and modify training materials/aids/data.
- Ensure the distribution of training material and aids with appropriate feedback and guidelines to the provincial/district coordinators and the respective training facilitators.
- Ensure regular-on going documentation and reporting on program activities.
- Provide appropriate feedback on training being conducted with a view to improve and integrate within the training process. Also, design on-the-job coaching sessions as per identified needs.
- Meet with the resource persons for training as and when required
- Coordinate with the provincial and district staff as well as the SRs for effective and efficient implementation of the training plan.
- Keep updated records of all relevant activities at federal, provincial, and district levels
- Maintain constant communication and coordination with all provincial and district staff ensuring coordination & quality assurance.
