Job Description

• Ensure that all study drugs are stored according to protocol/SOP/manufacturer’s instructions in restricted access area to prevent loss or use by unauthorized individuals.
• Maintain pharmacy temperature conditions and continuous temperature monitoring: record the storage temperature and relative humidity twice daily, except for the days off.
• Maintain the stock register with Patient wise dispensation of concomitant drugs on real time.
• Intimate the site pharmacist to generate the Ancillaries PRF on real time.
• Maintain the filling of nutritional supplement voucher as per requirement.
• Maintain patient file printing material as per requirement/ instruction from site pharmacist.
• Involved in pasting of printing material while Junior pharmacist involved in BPs dispensation.
• Helps in return of BPs (related material) as junior pharmacist will maintain the logs.
• Involved in accumulated of returns IPs after IM as per site pharmacist instruction .
