1. Lead any and all implementation of telehealth across Primary Care sites and other IHHN programs for existing sites and new initiatives.
2. Oversee all software roll out, changes and any new pilot software
3. Organize clinics, physicians, and staff rotation schedules
4. Responsible for telehealth-related orientation and training of newly recruited telehealth site staff and physicians
5. Develop clinical guidelines of telehealth services, with guidance from Clinical Team, and their respective patient flows
6. Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, telehealth data metrics and telehealth disease mix
7. Coordinate with telehealth IT support and external software vendors/associates when needed
