Job Description
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Attend guests and Make Tea and refreshments to be served to staff and guests
- Prepares conference hall and ensures all necessary contents are present
- Maintains office resources in order.
- Oversee washing and cleaning of floors, crockery, utensils, work surfaces, and other kitchens equipment to ensure that the necessary hygiene/health and safety standards are maintained.
- Ensure daily availability of fresh water in water dispenser
- Proper care of kitchen items and refrigerator
- Ensure organized, clean, and tidy kitchen
- Operate office facilities and equipment like printers, scanners, photocopy machine, paper cutter/binder, and electric motors, etc.
- Delivers essential records and other components to concerned departments.
- Follows all The Indus Hospital (GFATM) policies and procedures
- Any other task assigned by the admin officer.
