Job Summary: 

Assistant Manager (Products & Projects) is one of the most crucial jobs for the Communications and Resource Development Department of Indus Hospital & Health Network. The Assistant Manager (Products & Projects) must be an excellent researcher and communicator. They must be an astute writer and be proficient in Microsoft Office. IHHN being a nation-wide Network, with presence globally as well through its International Chapter requires liaison with the Head Office for efficient processes. The AM will prepare grant applications and other collateral for IHHN’s International Affiliates. The AM will also take ownership of coordination with the Lahore Office, for any support – proposal writing, repository management, marketing requirements etc. There is also an opportunity for the AM to provide support for grant-based research, database tracking, reporting, communications and other operational support in the development and delivery of grants (donation-based and project-based grants) for Indus Hospital & Health Network; helping fulfil the goals and targets for the Products & Projects Team.

Tasks & Accountabilities: 

 Grant proposals: Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals. Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, and transmittal  Utilization reports for all our local and international chapters  Coordination and Liaison with Lahore Office  Maintaining proposal repository  Prepares the required team analyses  Research and analysis based work, including market research.  Enters and monitors tracking data.  Writes, revises, and edits drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.  Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.  Improves proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and boilerplate.
