Job Description
The AM is responsible for the planning, organization and development of the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department. Responsible to getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks. He/she is responsible to providing technical guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring staff individual work performance. He / She will also be responsible for appropriate staffing, scheduling and budgeting of the department. The incumbent is responsible to ensure that implemented processes are in accordance with SOP, s and comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
