· Perform initial and ongoing design reviews.
· Submit a scope of work for each project.
· Preparing & Agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications with clients, consultants, contractors.
· Tool box talk with contractors prior to commencement of new activities
· Monitor project performance, approval of submittals (or get approved by Consultant), meeting the deadline and targets of Mechanical activities
· Quantity verification for bill processing of different contractors
· To Supervise & oversee execution activities on site.
· Assist the Manager MEP / HOD to determine the specifications of the project & needed resources from start to finish within budget.
· Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
· Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
· Coordinate with Facility Management Team, Supply chain, Finance, HK, Security & Safety for projects implementation.
· Make sure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
· Create the schedule for each project and track on weekly basis.
· Conduct meetings on-site with architect, end user and construction team.
· Prepare project estimates.
· Evaluate the progress of the project to ensure that the timeline is followed steadily and consistently.
· Perform all tasks assigned by the Manager / Head of Department.
· Knowledge of standards e.g. ASHRAE, BS, NFPA & IPC is mandatory
