Job Description
- Once trained, Conduct quality mass screening for Anxiety/ Depression at the facility level.
- Provide face-to-face and over-the-phone counseling and Psychosocial support to individuals found positive for anxiety / Depression.
- Listen to clients' concerns, empathizing with and helping them
- Maintain excellent records of client treatment progress.
- Establish a safe and positive environment for people to discuss their personal issues
- Conduct Mental health awareness sessions in the communities, homes, and in the clinic setting.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patients, conversations, referrals records, etc.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Attend regular weekly meetings, training courses, and capacity-building sessions.
- Calling up the patients for Follow-up
- Works collaboratively and effectively within a team.
Data Reporting:
- Properly Document all the Client data, both qualitative and quantitative including the stories
- Report progress and daily updates to the Supervising Psychologist.
