Job Description
- Monitor, supervise and resolve all complaints related to HV AC.
- Perform all preventative and maintenance tasks as scheduled.
- Repair and maintain all refrigerator, FCU, chillers and AHU; monitor chiller and AHU readings and preventative maintenance tasks are performed as scheduled.
- Ensure cooling towers, motors, water pumps, seals etc. are all properly maintained.
- Ensure butterfly valves are appropriately serviced.
- Monitoring all AC and HVAC technicians.
- Implementation of preventive maintenance schedules of HVAC, AC and water coolers.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor / Head of Department.
- Maintain daily logs and reports including requirement recommendations.
- Coordinate with management regarding any complaints received, or requests related to electrical material.
- Execute all electrical maintenance tasks including the repair/ replacement of electrical circuits, appliances, systems, facilities and related electrical controls and devices.
- Ensure all lighting systems, fans, search lights and signboards are in working order daily.
- Ensure both compressors in the oxygen room are properly drained.
- Regularly check overhead tanks A and B.
- Install all data and voice cables.
- Prepare new electrical points as required by the clients.
- Ensure appropriate electrical load on DBs and circuit wires related to breakers. · Regularly check and test the earth pit.
- Perform all tasks involving wiring, cabling, control wiring and data cabling. · Monitor all electrical works at TIH
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Head of Department.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor / Head of Department.
