Design and creating dashboards and reports as per business requirements.
Provide end user support and conduct users’ trainings as required.
Support through with Oracle SRs guiding SR to resolution
Understand Users requirements and prepare test strategy and scripts for end to end cycle.
Understanding end-to-end process (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-report)
Communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
