Job Description

  • Hardware infrastructure management, repairing, procurements including end user equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, working with vendors and internal teams as needed
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components
  • Develop and maintain documentation for hardware configurations, procedures, and best practices
  • Evaluate and recommend new hardware technologies and solutions to meet business needs
  • Manage hardware inventory, including procurement, deployment, and disposal
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  • Record keeping for allocation and maintenance of hardware either in-house or by outside vendors.
  • Log of hardware maintenance and closely monitoring of maintenance plan
  • Coordinate with systems administrator to evaluate the hardware requirement
  • Responsible to trouble shooting in the existing hardware
