Job Description
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Coordinate with office & field staff on all HR related matters, required information and vice versa.
- Personnel Files management as per IHHN policies and procedures/documentation.
- Maintain and update employee’s data base/HMIS.
- Preparation of Offer, Contracts & Extensions of all project based staff and ensure to dispatch all letters timely.
- Assist in recruitment process. Preparing all the documents needed during the recruitment phase.
- Provided support on all HR related matters, concerns of team at Head Office.
- Assist in maintaining & updating Staff Monthly Leave Balance.
- Assist supervisor/staff with monthly attendance report.
- Plan and develop orientation materials and ensure new employees are properly oriented/on boarded.
- Data entry for various reports.
- Assist the supervisor for preparing the monthly payroll.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.
