Education

Graduate with Professional Fire Safety & Security Academic Qualification from a recognized Institute / College or University Or • Retired Army Commissioned Officer (Major/ Capt.) holding university degree

Job Description

  1. Responsible to plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the operations of security services at  CHD Head Office and all outreach CHD Sites in all provinces in accordance with approved policies & procedures / SOP,s.
  2. Implement and administer security policies and procedures including other scope as per senior management directives.
  3. Responsible to ensure that assign operation(s) operates within statutory and regulatory guidelines in accordance with established procedures/guidelines of CHD management.
  4. Investigations to verify and resolve staff / end user’s complaints and provide feedback to immediate management / DGM Admin.
  5. Responsible to coach, train, manage, and appraise the performance of staff deployed in the all the areas of CHD including CHD head office.
  6. Approve, and ensure effective implementation of operational staff schedule, staff deployment, monthly revision of policy changes
  7. Conduct/supervise employee training sessions on subjects such as hazardous material handling, fire safety / security employee orientation, quality improvement and logging of day to day activities. Plan/supervise fire evacuation drills, in consultation/coordination with the CHD management at all CHD sites, according to TIH SOPs. 
  8. Responsible and coordinate and direct activities such as: staff assistance with patient restraint and intervention in disruptions by patients, visitors and staff; traffic control; guard and patrol physical property; escort service for visitors and staff; monitor systems response; orient and monitor personnel working in high risk areas; and investigation of accidents and criminal acts.
  9. Conduct follow-up investigation of reports of criminal activity in according with SOP system.
  10. Supervise security personnel, participate in the interviewing and selection of applicants for security employment, review employee performance, recommend promotion and salary adjustment, and apply hospital and personnel policy to daily operations in consultation with CHD / HR / DGM management.
  11. Responsible to coordinate with representatives of local government / police / Rangers to ensure cooperation and coordination of all outreach CHD sites activities with law enforcement and fire- fighting agencies.
