Contractual Position for 02 months only
Responsibilities at Facility
· Ensure all IHN protocols are being followed by personnel at the clinic
· Monitoring and management of the HWs
· Provide regular feedback on on-site activities to the program/operational team
· Ensure Daily/Weekly/monthly compilation of data for the clinic is sent to RA
· Liaise with staff, doctors, and the community to ensure that all activities are taking place at the Primary Care Centers
· Maintenance of all supplies and forms for the clinic
Responsibilities in the Field
· Manage and oversee the workflow of the Health Workers
· Conduct periodic field visits for M&E purposes.
· Maintain logistics of field operations.
· Compile and maintain excellent records of all field-related activities.
