Job Description
- Operate of HVAC equipment i.e. chiller, FCU, AHU, cooling towers, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps and split A/C.
- Solving customer complain problem related to HVAC.
- Perform preventive maintenance job according to schedule related to HVAC.
- Help out HVAC supervisor in general service agreement.
- To assist HVAC supervisor for repair / replacement of HVAC equipment.
- Resolving problems of split A/C units, repairing of split A/C units.
- Servicing of FCUs in major preventive maintenances.
- Note hourly reading and efficiency of chillers, cooling towers and AHUs.
- Repairing of refrigerators.
- Repairing of water coolers.
- Repairing of dehumidifier (assembled in air compressor room).
- Servicing of cooling towers as per preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitoring and feeding of chemical to prevent the formation of scale and fungus for smooth operation.
- Checking of fresh air fans and exhaust fans installed in building and other areas as per maintenance schedules.
