Job Description:
- Helping preparation of Policies, SOPs & Manuals of clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Receiving complaints, its logging, corrective actions, feedback, analysis
- RCA logging and record maintenance
- Help in Developing surveillance & Feedback Infrastructure of various service areas
- Help in preparation of regular Quality Audit Reports including compliance to KPIs / benchmarks
- Support in Optimization studies of human resource/space/equipment in various service areas
- Formatting of document and ensure compliance for standard documentation.
- Use of different search engine for updates on quality and relevant literature.
- Helping preparation of Medical Staff Bylaws
- Inventory management for Department
Activities leading to national and international accreditation; Pakistan Standards, ISO, JCIA
