TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Determine workforce need and plan to facilitate the required role. Proactively follow up on vacant positions, new positions, allocation so as to avoid under-hiring/grant savings.
- Ensure all personnel records are properly maintained in files and are up to date with HRIS/HMIS.
- Manage future Job Analysis and preparation of Job Descriptions/Specifications with department supervisors.
- Follow up on timely release of Payroll in coordination with relevant department while maintaining accuracy.
- Monitor, evaluate and perform recruitment and placement related activities, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Plan and develop orientation materials and ensure new employees are properly oriented timely.
- Liaise with Finance section and provide timely information to finance for the disbursement of salaries.
- Ensure the maintenance of staff monthly attendance records as per SOPs, leave records, EOBI management of staff.
- Monitor and advice on disciplinary matters in accordance with established policies and procedures, conflict, grievances and harassment cases.
- Closely coordinate with teams at Islamabad/Karachi office on all HR related matters.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in routine task & timely submission of the respective field’s work report weekly/monthly.
- Management of staff benefits structure in accordance to the grant budget and related support in budget working.
- Preparation of files/documents for any internal/external audit.
- Any other work related task assigned by Supervisor.
