Job Description

1. Tracking and evaluation of clinical data. He/ she can order clinical test, analyse records
2. Planning, implementing and directing clinical services may participate directly in care whenservices are being initially implemented.
3. Making program recommendation or revisions. Discover gaps in servicesor area where services can be improved.
4. Maintaining accurate documentation
5. Manage patient flow
6. Collaboration of doctors (Urologist, Radiologist, Nephrologist ) to ensure complete care of patients.
7. To manage or insert cv lines and arterial lines
8. To discuss medication on discharge with patients and write a discharge summary on discharging of patient
9. Any other task assigned by departmental head
