Job Description

• Saving of Empty vials of injections.
• Maintain narcotic record patient name MRI number Qty etc.
• Assign the patient number sorting. 
• HMIS patients’ admission number.
• Monthly record of patient with surgeons & Anesthesia doctor details.
• Consumption papers filling.
• Consumption papers scanning.
• Consumption of Implant.
• HIMS consumption of the patients.
• HIMS consumption of approval& record checked.
• Keeping the record of general consumptions. 
• General order items requisitions.
• Medical and disposable requisitions.
• Store dusting And cleaning.
• Store audit for whole the store items.
• Store keeper will take all requested items for medical store.
• Perform all tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
