Job Description:
The Technician will be responsible for supervising the maintenance of all issues and complaints related to AC equipment including chillers, FCU, AHU, cooling towers, chilled water pumps, and split air conditioners.
- Monitor, supervise, and resolve all complaints related to AC.
- Services of ACs [indoor & outdoor].
- Repairing of dispensers.
- Repairing of a water cooler.
- Replacement of AC, dispenser, and water cooler compressor.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the Supervisor/HOD.
- Installation of new ACs.
- Implementation of preventive maintenance schedules of AC and water cooler.
Any other task assigned by Supervisor.
