Job Description
- Provide operational support throughout all stages of programming processes by executing and
- administering a variety of technical, program, operational, and administrative transactions, preparing
- related materials and documentation, and complying with organizational processes and management
- systems, to lead program planning, implementation, supervision, and reporting of results.
- § Provide support in designing and roll out as well as mapping of MHU's activities in the selected
- districts.
- § Develop the quarterly work plan, and progress report and share it with the donor as per the agreed timelines.
- § Ensure MHUs are equipped with all required equipment/supplies, trained staff, and are operational as
- per the agreed work plan
- Ensure that district-wise training plans are developed and executed
- Support in the designing, updating, and execution of situation analysis/ gap analysis for the rollout of MHU
- operations in selected districts.
- Contribute to the development program goals, objectives, strategies, and results-based planning through
- research, analysis and reporting, and other related information for development planning, priority and
- goal setting.
