JOB SUMMARY:
The Dresser will maintain all surgical and medical equipment, as well as assist surgeons during Dressing procedures.
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Arrange and maintain equipment and instrument for special procedures.
- Clean all medical equipment
- Arrange surgical instruments for the procedure
- Arrange trolleys with minimum supervision.
- To assist doctor in plaster application
- To assist doctor in joint reduction
- To change dressing of patients
- To assist doctors in stitching applications
- To assist doctors in joint dislocation
- To prepare, maintain & provide sterilized dressing set to doctors
- Perform all tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
