· Responsible to perform complete and appropriate medical examination on all patients.
· Responsible to lay down the policies of Ventilation in newborn and surfactant therapy.
· Responsible to do and supervise the procedures i.e. LP, exchange transfusion and chest drains.
· Responsible to ensure robust resuscitation team, working at NICU providing services at labor or all level of nurseries.
· Responsible to conduct procedures and other treatments according to curves evidence base medicine.
· Responsible to supervise the training of all staff both nurses and doctors at Neonatology department.
