- Assist Head of Department primarily in JCIA
related initiatives
- Able to do Sindh Health Commission/Punjab Health
Commission Audit
- Ensure that under supervision staff perform proper
analysis to identify root causes of system failures in various areas and
departments.
- Ensure the implementation of solutions and enhance
system performance through process improvement.
- Arrange training for Quality Improvement and
FOCUSPDCA.
- Ensure the implementation of Quality Initiative
plans.
- Manage Patients Complaints, Concerns & Issues:
- Represent the department in different forums as
per need.
Academic Qualification:
MBBS/ BDS/ MScN
Msc/Bsc in Basic Health Sciences
