Job Description:

  • Assist Head of Department primarily in JCIA related initiatives
  • Able to do Sindh Health Commission/Punjab Health Commission Audit
  • Ensure that under supervision staff perform proper analysis to identify root causes of system failures in various areas and departments.
  • Ensure the implementation of solutions and enhance system performance through process improvement.
  • Arrange training for Quality Improvement and FOCUSPDCA.
  • Ensure the implementation of Quality Initiative plans.
  • Manage Patients Complaints, Concerns & Issues:
  • Represent the department in different forums as per need.

Academic Qualification:

Msc/Bsc in Basic Health Sciences
