Job Description
- Coordinates work activities among departments and attend meetings in the absence of HOD.
- Assign and supervise tasks of supervisors / officers and staff of the Housekeeping Department.
- Liaise with the management regarding the upkeep of the cleaning system of the hospital.
- Provide the management with guidelines related to the management of the hospital cleaning system.
- Participate in the meeting with the Head of Department; maintain records and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain monthly schedules and roster; ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor KPIs on a monthly basis; ensure quality services are provided by the department.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
