Job Description

  • Coordinates work activities among departments and attend meetings in the absence of HOD.
  • Assign and supervise tasks of supervisors / officers and staff of the Housekeeping Department.
  • Liaise with the management regarding the upkeep of the cleaning system of the hospital.
  • Provide the management with guidelines related to the management of the hospital cleaning system.
  • Participate in the meeting with the Head of Department; maintain records and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain monthly schedules and roster; ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor KPIs on a monthly basis; ensure quality services are provided by the department.
  • Perform all tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
