Job Description
- Plan, design and conduct different sessions with women and girls on GBV, PSS and life skills at WGFS
- Provide psycho education to individuals approaching WFGS in absence of psychologist
- Identifying concerns faced by women and girls and conducting session on them in cultural sensitive way
- Facilitate women and girls approaching WGFS with any concern related to GBV, PSS to designated psychologist
- Assisting psychologist in different activities at WGFS
- Maintain the hard and soft database of each consultation
- Develop reports and maintain data sheets on a day-to-day basis;
- Maintain updated records for referral pathways
- Guide and accompany GBV victim/ client to referral facility where/when required
- Strictly follow the ethical principles of Client safety and confidentiality and informed consent while offering the services
- Data-protection protocols to safeguard the confidentiality and protect those registered from potential protection risks, including violence, discrimination, or stigma
- Ensure the safety and security of documents/ assets handover to her for the assigned task, in case of any loss or damage to an asset she should immediately inform the District Coordinator.
- Follow organization policies and guidelines provided to her during orientation, in case of any violation of organization policy her contract will be terminated with immediate effect, and strict action will be taken by the organization.
