Job Description
- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan for the project, in collaboration with project staff and partners.
- Develop data collection tools, protocols, and guidelines, and ensure that data are collected, analyzed, and reported accurately and on time.
- Provide technical assistance to project staff and partners on data collection, management and analysis.
- Ensure that project data are properly managed and stored, in compliance with organization policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a database of project activities and outcomes, and produce regular reports and analysis.
- Monitor project implementation and progress, identify issues and challenges, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage the budget for data management and monitoring activities, including procurement of software and other tools.
- Manage hiring of relevant staff on data tool and collection process.
