Job Description

  1. Ensure implementation of communication guidelines and polices.
  2. Develop content for templates/documents, power-point presentations, press releases, advertisements etc.
  3. Collaborate with all stake holders to ensure development and dissemination of messages, and that the highest standards for external communications are maintained.
  4. Monitor and oversee all communications related activities at the district & community level.
  5. Design, implement and monitor effectiveness of communication strategies.
  6. Maintain close coordination with other departments to ensure that publications and information communication material is printed in time.
  7. Maintain close liaison with district staff to ensure communication messages are effectively disseminated.
  8. In the line with the approved WP and targets develop quarterly and monthly plans and share with program manager.
  9. Provide regular feedback to program manager on communication activities.
  10. Ensure that monthly reports are prepared and collected from district teams and submitted timely to Program Manager.
  11. To provide data/report in orderly manner for quarterly progress update.
  12. Carry out any other program related task assigned by the supervisor
