Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Payable and Payment Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payable functions, managing payment processes, and contributing to the strategic direction of the finance department. Job Description:

  • Review of vendor payments to ensure they are made on timely basis after due verification.
  • Address and resolve any escalated payment-related inquiries or issues.
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the payable and payment division.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of payable transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to payables.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits related to payable and payment activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the division.
  • Implement changes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and decision-making.
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexible and open to adapt the change.
