Job Description
- Responsible for all equipment, files and stationary items present in PGME office
- Maintain all record of resident folder in soft and hard copy
- Recruitment of residents
- Receive Application forms from HR
- Arrange all Application forms according to the specialty
- Confirmation call or email to residents for test or interview
- Arrange all interview related logistics
- Final call for residents after interview
- Arrange logistics for orientation session
- Receiving all documents from HR for new hiring and maintain all record
- Look after On-call room and library of residents
- Organize activity for assessment and evaluation and keep all record in soft and hard copy
- Maintain email group of RTEH PGME
- Convey all resident related issue to the PD or supervisor as per advise of chair of PGME
- Maintain decorum of PGME office and receive all document from residents and inform to chair of PGME then proceed further according to the instruction of Chair
- Will not take any individual decision without advise of chair or Associate Chair
- Help in organizing workshops or any academic activity related to the PGME department
- To make a good liaison with PGME Co-coordinator or officer of Indus Karachi.
