Job Description

  • Assist in developing a training and development model and determine needs that link directly to the organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assist in conducting needs assessments and analyzing organizational data to identify areas for improvement and development.
  • Work with key resources at IHHN to improve processes and ensure training is effectively produced, assessed and reinforced
  • Support the design and implementation of performance management, succession planning & leadership development.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement surveys and action plans to drive improvements in organizational culture and employee satisfaction. 
  • Assist with, prepare and deliver presentations as required.
  • Perform all tasks assigned Manager / Head of department.
