Job Description
- Assist in developing a training and development model and determine needs that link directly to the organizational goals and objectives.
- Assist in conducting needs assessments and analyzing organizational data to identify areas for improvement and development.
- Work with key resources at IHHN to improve processes and ensure training is effectively produced, assessed and reinforced
- Support the design and implementation of performance management, succession planning & leadership development.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement surveys and action plans to drive improvements in organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
- Assist with, prepare and deliver presentations as required.
- Perform all tasks assigned Manager / Head of department.
