Job Description

Task & Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisor in arranging ICT related trainings for staff and material development.
  • Can configure Routers and Wireless AP
  • Can Design, Implement IT infrastructure of new office.
  • To install and configure computer systems for standard applications.
  • To make sure that all standard software are updated with latest patches.
  • Backing up data for all staff.
  • Provide IT helpdesk support.
  • To keep computer systems free from viruses and updated.
  • Preventive maintenance of computers.
  • Providing support and facilitate staff in creating documents, presentations.
  • Maintain necessary ICT related files and records.
  • Provide technical support in managing Workshops and meetings
  • Assist IT procurement
  • Maintain Inventory IT inventory.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor.
